Birds & Blossoms on Genuine Copper Leaf is a hand-painted Chinoiserie wall artwork combining delicate flowering branches and birds with the warm luminosity of real copper leaf.
Painted entirely by hand, the composition unfolds across two vertical panels, with each bird and blossom placed to create a quiet visual connection between the pieces. The genuine copper leaf background catches changing light throughout the day, revealing subtle shifts in tone and giving the artwork depth that a printed metallic surface cannot reproduce.
The piece works particularly well in entryways, bedrooms, dining rooms and refined living spaces, pairing naturally with warm woods, neutrals and both classic and contemporary interiors.
Available as a complete diptych, or as an individual left or right panel, each artwork has its own subtle variations in brushwork and metal leaf, reflecting the handcrafted nature of the piece.
Custom sizes and color adaptations are also available.

This piece has a very calm presence in my apartment, but what really stands out is how strongly the copper background reacts to light and your viewing angle. It has this almost hypnotic quality, like the piece is moving with you. Sometimes warmer, sometimes deeper, and always interesting to look at. I catch myself shifting around just to see how it changes. The blossoms, branches, and the bird are beautifully done - delicate, balanced, and not overpowering... They add just the right amount of detail without taking away from the overall calm feel. Really special work.

I remember holding it in my hands a couple of months ago and thinking “this could work”... Now it’s on the wall, and it’s honestly the first thing people notice when they walk in!😇
The full scale really brings everything out - the depth, the tone, the way the copper reacts to light. In our apartment in Valencia it almost feels like a living surface, changing throughout the day. It adds warmth without closing the space and completely transforms the feel of the room!! We’re so happy with it - beautiful!

This could not have been a more pleasant transaction & I strongly encourage this seller! Great communication & I am quite pleased with my wall decor. The fact that this was an international purchase made simple is even more impressive. Would recommend & will shop with again! I fell in love with this piece much faster than I expected. It reminds me of some of the traditional botanical paintings I often see in Taiwan, yet it feels wonderfully modern.
The composition is simple, but the closer you look, the more details you discover. The copper tones are rich and inviting, and the bird among the blossoms brings the artwork to life. Every element feels carefully considered, from the graceful branches to the delicate flowers. It looks like a contemporary interpretation of a classic Asian painting, both timeless & new.

It captured my attention and I kept coming back to this design because it felt so different from everything else. The soft patina, warm copper tones, and subtle texture create a finish that looks authentic rather than manufactured. Every time the lighting changes, new details appear, giving it a rich, artistic feel without being overwhelming. I notice something new every time I walk past it. Beautiful craftsmanship. It’s a catch!

I bought the sample set before committing to a larger project, and it exceeded my expectations. The quality is immediately noticeable - thick material, refined texture, and a real metallic sheen. The variations between gold leaf, gold mix, and gold oxide are subtle but important once you see them side by side. The layered metallic depth and surface texture feel authentic and high-end. In my apartment, the light changes throughout the day, and these samples show that clearly. Beautiful craftsmanship.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with a silver finish, but this is much softer and more elegant than I imagined. It doesn’t feel cold or overly metallic - in my apartment it almost diffuses the light instead of reflecting it harshly, which I really like.
From a distance it looks minimal, but up close you notice the texture and depth. The finish has a gentle sheen, not too glossy. It fits perfectly with my space - clean, warm, and very thoughtfully made.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. I was looking for something that adds depth without feeling heavy, and this gold finish does exactly that. The texture really surprised me, it’s layered, not flat. At first it looks simple, but the more you look, the more detail you notice. The light brings it to life in a subtle way. It adds a quiet sense of luxury to the space. Very well done.

The craftsmanship and artistry is absolutely gorgeous. It did take longer to complete than the expected time given. Make sure you order well in advance (three months) if you are planning a remodel for a special event. Other than timing, this is a generational piece and I am absolutely in aw over the artistry. I am truly in love with the mural. Please note, my mural wraps around the entire room. Spectacular.

I ordered this gold leaf wallpaper for my bathroom renovation and it exceeded all expectations. The color is rich and warm, and the texture looks incredibly authentic in person. What I love most is how the surface catches the light - it shifts subtly throughout the day and feels very high-end. The material itself feels thick and well made. Even with our strong natural light, it looks stunning. Absolutely recommend.
