Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide shipping from Ukraine

TAHHO ships worldwide from our studio in Ukraine.

We work primarily with Ukrposhta and Nova Post, together with their international and local delivery partners. The carrier and service used depend on the destination, parcel size, value, and the requirements of the order.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within approximately 2–3 weeks after dispatch.

This is an estimated transit time rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer because of the destination, customs processing, local carrier operations, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Because TAHHO pieces are handmade or made to order, preparation time varies by product and customization. Any product-specific estimate will be provided separately.

Tracking and local delivery

You will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

An international shipment may be transferred to a national postal service or local courier for final delivery. For example, final delivery in the United States may be completed by USPS, while shipments to the United Kingdom may be completed by Royal Mail or another local delivery partner.

The exact local carrier is determined by the international shipping network and cannot always be selected in advance.

Customs, VAT, and import charges

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import fees, or local handling charges, depending on the destination country and order value.

Unless these charges are collected at checkout or explicitly included in the selected shipping service, they are payable by the recipient under the destination country’s rules.

Customs processing may affect the delivery time.
